Questions about the band's bookkeeping
Does this replace my accountant?
For a lot of bands it does, and at the very least it saves you plenty of time. This is the bookkeeping that makes your accountant's life a great deal easier, which saves both time and money.
Does the VAT return work outside the Netherlands?
Not yet. VAT return support and the reports behind it are available in the Netherlands at the moment. The rest of the bookkeeping: invoicing, purchases, journal, ledger and bank import, works wherever the band is based.
How do members get their money back?
They log their own expenses and mileage, and gigBuddy works out who is owed what. Paying members back becomes a simple settlement.
